PELIKULOVE Film-making contest

The contest is open to all amateur film-makers, including students and university-based film organizations.

TO JOIN:
1. Fill-out application forms available at any Precious Pages Outlets, the PETA Theater Center. You may also email to request a copy of the application form
2. Submit application form with sample works/ reel personally or thru mail to PELIKULOVE Secretariat, PETA Theater Center, No. 5 Eymard Drive, New Manila, Quezon City not later than April 29, 2016
3. Shortlisted applicants will be informed through email and invited to the contest orientation meeting on May 5, 2016
4. All shortlisted applicants will be asked to pitch their treatment for a 12-minute film oversion of a Precious Hearts Romances Pocketbooks
5. Five finalists will be selected and given P 15,000 to produced their films
6. Winners will be selected thru online voting and selection by a panel of judges.

FORMAT:
1. Entries should be a narrative film and may be shot in live action or animation. The film video must have actual maximum length of 15 minutes and a minimum length of 12 minutes including the credits.
2. All the elements from the entries should be original including the film’s music, script etc. The filmmaker should secure permission to use all copyrighted materials (Music, clips, and videos) that appear in the film.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:
Awarding of winners will be held at the 2016 Manila International Book Fair on September 2016

1st Prize Php 100,000.00
2nd Prize Php 50,000.00
3rd Prize Php 25,000.00
Plus trophies, certificates and gift packs.
