The first Cinemalaya 2016 film to announce its lead actress
is KUSINA -- and its non other than young superstar Ms Judy Ann Santos!
At the
presentation of the finalists on stage of CCP Little Theater, Juday's name was
already published on the film's poster, directed by David Corpuz (in black top)
and Cenon Palomares (in white top, who also wrote the screenplay).
It's a
Palanca-award winning material. Corpuz also directed "The Ordinary Things
We Do", a short film finalist of Cinemalaya 2014...
So, from short to full
feature after a year, congrats!
