Terrence Bill V. Romeo is a Filipino professional basketball player for the GlobalPort Batang Pier of the Philippine Basketball Association. He plays both the point guard and shooting guard positions.

He played as a point guard for the Far Eastern University before being selected fifth overall in the 2013 PBA draft by GlobalPort.
